My name is Jeremy A. Johnson, and in today’s special article, I’d like to introduce associates, colleagues, and the public to the next chapter in an ongoing mission to better serve the small business owners in Fort Worth and throughout DFW.
It’s important to state unequivocally that all clients who’ve worked with us from the beginning will continue to receive the same exceptional service. Everyone is coming with us.
As of May 8th, Jeremy A. Johnson, CPA, P.C., is now “The Novyx Group.”
So, what is The Novyx Group?
Well, let me tell you what this change is not. This is not a make-over; it’s not about changing colors or logos or tweaking language to target a different type of client, nor is it a break from core services like tax planning, accounting, financial leadership, CFO services, and business advisory.
We’re simply taking the advisory model another step forward.
The Novyx Group is a mergers and acquisitions firm designed to fill a void in the market, specifically for small business owners. A year ago, I started getting calls from small business owners who woke up at night and asked themselves, “Wait, what’s the endgame here?”
Entrepreneurs create, grow, and mature businesses so that they can trade in hard work and ingenuity for wealth and security.
Meanwhile, professional services in our space lead with promises of profit and growth in the short term, and business owners on Main St. are asking for someone to take accountability and bring them a plan.
Who’s got the plan? We do. Here’s how it goes:

I’d just like to share my feelings about every small business owner in this town. You make me proud to say “we’re local.” To me, local isn’t small. It’s the chance to be a builder, and no one else really understands how soon we’re going to be big.
